[Wien] Poisson ratio

Dear Wien-users:

I want to calculate a tetragonal cell, which is deviated from a cubic 
structure (elongation of one lattice parameter). Is it possible to change 
or add a Poisson ratio to simulate a distortion (stress-strain) more 
exact?
