[Wien] trouble compiling wien2k_03 with mkl and ifc on amd k6/2 with 3dnow

In mkl 5, the ilaenv function had problems when compiled dynamically.  This has been remedied in version 6.
Upgrading to a recent mkl will probably solve your problems.
