[Wien] trouble compiling wien2k_03 with mkl and ifc on amd k6/2 with 3dnow

Hi,

I also had such a problem. I have found in 
/SRC_lib/lapack_lapw/lapack_lapw1.f the function ilaenv.f, compiled it
separately (prepared a library libila.a), put this library to SRC_lib and
added this library to the makefile of lapw1 (by the way, lapwso also required it):
LIBS   = -lmkl_lapack -lmkl_p4 -lguide -lpthread -lila
