In principle Yes.
You add +DA2.0W in the compiler option to obtain 64bit code.
I have not yet tried to compile wien2k with 64bit mode. But, for vasp
code I have used
FC=mpif90 +source=free +DA2.0W +noppu
to obtain 64bit version in HP-UX machine.
