We find the problem can be solved.

1. Add a file named aaa.c in \opt\intel\compiler70\ia32\lib. (It is attached
in this mail)
2. compile it: gcc -O3 -c aaa.c
3. change ifc.cfg in \opt\intel\compiler70\ia32\bin .(It is also attached in
this mail)
4. The parameter of compiling should be:
  O   Compiler options:        -FR -mp -w -O3 -tpp7
  L   Linker
Flags:            -L../SRC_lib -L/opt/intel/mkl60/lib/32 -Vaxlib
  P   Preprocessor flags       '-DParallel'
  R   R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS):     -lmkl_lapack -lmkl_ia32 -lguide -lpthread
