[Wien] Compile errors

Dear Mr. Frotscher,

looking at the error messages you get, Wien does not compile properly. 
You will have to take a closer look at the compile.msg files (in each 
SRC_* directory) to identify what is wrong. We can not do it with the 
information you provided. Sorry.

There are two *real* problems, though, that can be identified 
immediately. There is an internal compiler error... might disappear by 
changing the optimization level. And there are segmentation violations - 
meaning too little memory to compile.
