[Wien] Compile errors

Hi Michael,
I guess you should change the options in R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS).
Try the following options:

R   R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS):     -llapack_lapw -lmkl_p3 -lguide -lpthread
