[Wien] still trouble compiling

I try to do that. My compiler options look like that:

    O   Compiler options:        -FR -mp -w
     L   Linker Flags:            -L../SRC_lib -L/opt/intel/mkl60/lib/32 
- -Vaxlib
     P   Preprocessor flags       '-DParallel'
     R   R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS):     -lmkl_lapack -lmkl_ia32 -lguide -lpthread

I still get:
SRC_lapwso/compile.msg:*Compiler Internal Error* : Please report to Intel(R) 
Corporation
SRC_lapwso/compile.msg:make: *** [init.o] Error 1
