[Wien] lapw1.error?

Dear all,
I am a new user of Wien2k. I installed it on an Alpha machine. I am trying to 
do some test on bcc-Ta with lattice constant 3.3A. When I run SCF, I got error 
called “lapw1.error”, it says:

'INILPW' - can't open unit: 10                                                
 'INILPW' -        filename: /Ta.vector                                        
 'INILPW' -          status: unknown      form: unformatted                    
 'LAPW1' - INILPW aborted unsuccessfully.

I do not know how to do with them. Where is unit 10? I used 4000 k point for “x 
kgen”.
Any suggestion on this will be greatly appreciated.
