Dear Joachim,
	I had done what you suggest, well, what the program said
after activating the 'w2web':

	w2web server started, now point your web browser to
	https://cabeza:7890

this is when I put the line in the w2web.conf

	ssl=1

in this case there was no reply from the navigator, but with

	ssl=0

the w2web program replied:

	w2web server started, now point your web browser to
	http://cabeza:7890

in this case the navigator immediately asks for the login and password.
In fact if I put 'cabeza:7890' the navigator completes the whole line
'http://cabeza:7890' and then asks for the login, etc.
Note: after changing the line 'ssl=0/1' I stop and restart the w2web
(killall w2web, w2web) and also close and open the navigator.
	Saludos

		Pablo
