[Wien] Athlon 64

Hi Everybody,

we are currently thinking about purchasing a new Linux Box. Has anybody of
you used an Athlon 64 yet? And if yes, could you share your experience,
which linux distribution etc., is installation painful, is Wien2k
significantly faster?

PS.: as far as I understand the "benchmark - site", otherwise I should by
single processor P4 with dual channel?
