[Wien] error in clm file?

I have just finished dstart and have obtained a clm file. Howerver, when I run mini I get the following error

If I run SCF instead I get the following

Error - Bad Header
Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0x74, immediately after start byte 0xe4) in require at ../../libs/w2web.pl line 167.Hope someone can help since dstart takes hover half a day, don't want to have to do it to many times (on third attempt already).
