[Wien] wien compilation errors

Hi Vicki,

I don't know which version of ifc is currently available on the standard
intel web site but I do know that if you register for premier support
(check the email they sent you when you applied for the license; its free
for a year)  you get access to more recent versions in which this problem
has been fixed.  I compiled wien2k on RedHat 9 recently without errors and
without the need for the patch from the wien2k FAQ.
