[Wien] band structure plot problem

Have a fresh red hat 9 install. I never had a problem with plotting in red hat 7.3, but now the w2web plot isn't there, and if I try to download the ps file my ghostview on my windows system can't read it due to a number of errors in the file. I have gnuplot 3.7 and ghostscript 7.05 installed. Gnuplot is set to output png's. I'm running the absolute latest version of Wien2k. Anyone have any ideas
