[Wien] PGI

I test the newest version of PGI compiler (version 5.0, can be used in the redhat 9.0 and glibc 2.3), when the pgf90 compiles the file vdrho.f  in the LAPW2 using the -fast switch, the compiler was hanged up (it don't stop the compiling process), but delete the fast optimization switch, that is OK. Only the vdrho.f  file has this problem. 
Maybe, this is the bug of compiler. (I use the redhat 8.0)
