[Wien] w2web cannot plot

Dear users,

recently there was an email that gnuplot should have png-support in 
order to plot with the w2web interface. I have installed the two 
libraries (libpng and zlib). Does anyone know how to link them in the 
Makefile for gnuplot installation so that gnuplot recognizes them?
