[Wien] Lattice dielectric constants

Dear WIEN users,

It may be a trivial things;
I would try to calculate lattice dielectric functions.
How do I calculate them?

Though I can calculate electron dielectric functions,
 I would like to know (Electron + Lattice) dielectric functions. (GHz to
THz)

Please inform me how to calculate them.
