[Wien] Putting 4f-electrons into core state

If -- for whatever reason -- you really must have them as core, you can try
the old 'open core' approach (see FAQ and the paper by S. Jalali in the
wien2k papers list). Most likely, however, applying LDA+U to these 4f
electrons will do a much better job (the 4f are still valence then, but you
can force more realistic, free-atom-like behaviour). See orb-package in the
