[Wien] different dopants in CdTe

Dear Sir,
For CdTe, Cu is a widely used dopant, and it is
neutral or negtively charged before it substitutes for
the Cd.  my question is how to deal with the
calculation on these two different doped systems.  how
to set the input files. do we need to change the
case.inst file for the Cu ion dopant ?
