[Wien] siteconfig does not update C compiler selection

Dear fellow WIEN2k users,

I have recently (~2 weeks ago) downloaded the latest sources.

Within siteconfig I changed my compiler selection to ifc for fortran and 
gcc-3.4 for C.

However, after compiling everthing, it appears that the C compiler has 
not been changed from 'cc' in  SRC_mini and in SRC_optic, e.g.

$ grep -i error SRC_mini/compile.msg -B2
cc    -c -o mdble.o mdble.c
make: cc: Command not found
make: *** [mdble.o] Error 127
