[Wien] How to set w2web on IBM p650

The IBM Aaix operating system does not support    

hostname -f

So you must edit  $WIENROOT/w2wb and $WIENROOT/SRC_w2web/w2web and 
$WIENROOT/SRC_w2web/bin/w2web  and remove the -f switch.
