[Wien] first run wien2k_4 problem

Dear Bohdan,

find out where mkl_lapack is, and add -L/path/to/mkl_lapack/ to the 
linker flags in siteconfig_lapw. Probably it should be something like 
-L/opt/mkl/lib/, but it should be written in the Intel compiler manual. 
It could possibly be that the compiler is not installed properly...
