[Wien] G95 compiler?

We tried it last spring, where it produced wrong results.

So now I tried a few programs again. It seems to run correctly for
lapw0 and lapw1, but it is terrible slow (~ factor 2 slower than ifc), 
thus not a real choice.
In addition it crashes lapw1 with -O2  (-O works).
