Hi,
It's been a while since I've used it on our old SGI Origins, but
I think that the only non-default setting that I used when building
was for:
R_LIBS = -lscs
rather than -lcomplib.sgimath, which is an older SGI library
superseded by SCSL. If your machine lacks both of those libraries,
I think that you can still download SCSL for free from SGI's software
site (your administrator will probably need to install it for you).
ATLAS is also an option (Intel's MKL is not an option for SGI's MIPS
based machines), but SCSL will be easier to use , and should be of
comparable performance.
Hope this helps you out,
Matt

installed.But I do always fail to pass the compiling. Do the mainframe
computers like SGI have math library already?Is it necessary to install
MKL or ATLAS in it by myself? Who have experience of installing WIEN2K_04
on SGI with operating system IRIX6.5?Please help me.Thank you in advance.
