[Wien] SCF-Run error

Hi guys,

init_lapw runs fine. But when i am doing the SCF  run. It takes a while and 
then the following message is displayed

Error - Bad Header

Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected non-continuation byte 0x74, 
immediately after start byte 0xe4) in require at ../../libs/w2web.pl line

*******************************************/

Does anyone know what the problem is ?
