[Wien] optic/joint problem

Dear WIEN users,

I've  met  a  problem  while calculating optical properties of a large
system.  The  trouble occurs when NEMAX is larger that 999, because of
format  of  outmat file. I think that it is necessary to change format
in optic (format 9010 in outmat.f) and joint (format 9011 in readop.f)
programs from 2I3 to 2I5 or more.
