[Wien] Red Hat 9.0

Apart from the fact that you have to follow the instructions on the faq page
to compile wien2k if using an older intel compiler with redhat 9,  there
also seems to be memory issues (I got a lot more segmentation faults using
9). For this reason I personlly prefer running redhat 7.3 instead which is
more stable. I beleive I am not alone doing this.
