[Wien] install Xcrysden

Dear Farzad,

have a look at

http://www.xcrysden.org/

there you can download the programm and there you can also find the 
documentation of how to install the programm. If you want to have a 
look on your structure generated with WIEN for instance, start 
"xcrysden" and click on "file" - "Open WIEN97" - "open WIEN97 struct file".
