[Wien] about compile

In my experience, the latest version (8.0) of Intel Fortran (ifort/ifc)
produces buggy Wien2k binaries. Pls see earlier posts.

So at this point in time, there may be no freely available Fortran 90
compilers that can compile Wien2k.
