[Wien] about compile

Here is the link to the download ftp for the compilers

ftp://download.intel.com/software/products/compilers/downloads

Your still going to need a licence key. I had an old one lying around
(from before I tried ifort 8). Not sure if a ifort 8 lic file will do
it.
