[Wien] [Ver.2] effective charges & magnetic moments in alloy

To clarify my question in case i was misunderstood.

i am asking to know how does WIEN calculates the effective charges, and the magnetic moments of atoms in the case of alloy.
In other words which physical parameters is used for those calculations.
I know how to calculate those parameters (magnetic moments and effective charges) using WIEN2k.
