[Wien] about the NiO

Dear users,
in the UG, P 78, it says that the NiO includes two inequivlent Ni atoms,
but, in related books, the structure of NiO is as follows:

Ni, (0,0,0)
O, (1/2,1/2,1/2)........F.C.

which one is right?
