[Wien] re : encoded response messages from Kevin Jorrisen

Hi,

I use a squirrel mail version on linux and have wondered for a while why
messages from Kevin (ms-tnef) to questions in the Wien2k users forum are
always encoded and thus not very informative to users who may learn from
his suggestions. I initially thought this had something to do with the
spam filter on our mail server.
