[Wien] problem with ifort+mkl6.1

Ensure that LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set correctly so it can find the c math
libraries (-lm). For instance (in this order) do:

source /opt/intel_cc_80/bin/iccvars.sh
source /opt/intel_fc_80/bin/ifortvars.sh
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
./siteconfig
...
