[Wien] How can I compile the code with Linux 9.0 and ifc7.1

Dear Users,
 
      We have a 16 machine cluster. The system is Linux9.0 with  ifc 7.1. I can not compile the code successfully due to the reason as mentioned in WIEN2k-FAQ.  Since it is a share system, I can not modify the ifc 7.1 compiler and change the system using that solution in FAQ.  Does anyone know how I can complie it and make it work? Do I need  use another compiler? Any suggestion is welcome.
