[Wien] optimize error for fcc Ni

Hello again WIEN users !

I am trying to perform the calculation for fcc Ni presented in the UG.
When I try to calculate the volume optimization following the steps in pages 
27-28 of the UG this message appears

ERROR status in Ni_fcc_UG_vol_-10.0

What does it mean ?

How can I fix this problem ?
