[Wien] parallel compile seems to default to rsh

I've compiled the mpi without problem and in siteconfig_lapw I selected ssh. However, when I run the parallel jobs they seem still to want to use rsh. I've looked in the parallel options file and the make file and I can't seem to se a reference to ssh. Where is this option stored
