[Wien] syntax error in runfsm on Sun

Add -x in the first line of runfsm_lapw for debugging.

I've had once problems with awk because of the Language settings. If the 
"LOCALE" is set to german, it may print non-integer numbers with a comma 
instead of a decimal point (3,14 instead of 3.14)
 
If this is the reason, there should be a possibility to change this 
setting.
