[Wien] phonon-workshop

This is an announcement to remind you about the

          WORKSHOP ON AB INITIO PHONON CALCULATIONS
                Cracow, 2-4 December, 2004

which is organized by the Institute of Nuclear Physics, PAN and 
Institute of Technics of the Pedagogical University in Cracow under 
support of the European Science Fundation programme PSI-k. 
This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants 
to learn how phonon calculation, within the density 
functional theory approach, can be done for solids. 
Introductory Lectures (confirmed) will be given by
authors of VASP, Wien2k and Phonon programs.
The deadline for submitting the Registration Form and Abstract, and 
booking the Hotel is

                 30 October, 2004.
