[Wien] Optic gives zero values.

Dear all users.
I want to compute optical properties of some cases
with OPTIC part of wien2k code, when I use it for
simple (pure) cases it run without any problem, but
when I use it for heavy(impure)cases it gives zero
value for optical  constants.
It seems that the problem is due to JOINT program
because the input files such as case.outmat and
case.weight have nonzero values but output file that
is case.joint gives zero value for both columns (Re
xx,Rezz).
Any comment will be appreciated.
