[Wien] Prescott and Extreme Edition

Thanks. I've noticed that the -axQ or -xQ (Q depends on the version of
CPU) give about a 10% improvement. Your numbers match up pretty much with
what I get for a 3.4 P4 Northwood (rescaled by 3/3.4) indicating that the
Prescott is about the same, just hotter.
N.B., with the same ifc & mkl I noticed last week that -r8 appears to
break tetra; I cannot see why it should.
