[Wien] help A question about optical properties!

Dear user:
I have a question about the calculation of optical properties.When I 
calculated the optical propertiesa of a case use the recommended procedure 
,after run optic,the output files is OK,but when I run joint the output 
files such as case.joint case.outputjoint are exist ,but the result is 
zero.Would anyboby like to give me any instruction? Thank you very much!
