[Wien] Regarding to Murnaghan Equation in volume optimization

The equations are printed in case.outputeos. Up to some versions ago, some
terms were omitted in this print-out (but they were correctly used
internally). I'm not sure whether this has been updated meanwhile. Search
the digest of the mailing list for 'Murnaghan' to see the full equations.
