[Wien] compiler pathscale

I specified
Linux (Intel ifort 8.1 compiler + mkl 7.0 )
However, I have this compiler+libraries but it is not located in the usual place.
My understanding of the script is that it then sets the following defaults:
If these are not right for your system you would simply need to change them , I only had to change the compiler flags and R_LIB location and flags. If your compiler is different you may need to change some other flags too.
The following defaults are located near the bottom of the siteconfig script.
# Linux PC system with IFC 8.1 compiler (-lguide from mkl 5.2 on)
linuxif8:FC:ifort
linuxif8:MPF:ifort
linuxif8:CC:cc
linuxif8:FOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML
linuxif8:FPOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML
linuxif8:LDFLAGS: -L/opt/intel/mkl70/lib/32 -Vaxlib -static-libcxa -pthread
linuxif8:R_LIBS:-lmkl_lapack -lmkl_ia32 -lguide
linuxif8:DPARALLEL:'-DParallel'
linuxif8:RP_LIBS:-L /usr/local/SCALAPACK -L /usr/local/BLACS/LIB -lpblas -lredist -ltools -lscalapack -lfblacs -lblacs -lmpi
linuxif8:MPIRUN:mpirun -np _NP_ -machinefile _HOSTS_ _EXEC_
The following is the contents of my OPTIONS file after successful compilation:
current:FOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML
current:FPOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML
current:LDFLAGS:-pthread
current:DPARALLEL:'-DParallel'
current:R_LIBS:-L/usr/local/Cluster-Apps/intel/mkl/7.21.003/lib/em64t -lmkl -lmkl_lapack64 -lvml -v
current:RP_LIBS:-L /usr/local/SCALAPACK -L /usr/local/BLACS/LIB -lpblas -lredist -ltools -lscalapack -lfblacs -lblacs -lmpi
Of course this reflects the non-standard installation locatoin for the intel mkl libraries

Okay, have you successfully compiled on your X86_64?
If you did, could you please tell me what kind of
system did you specify when you are asked to specify
your system? That is my first concern.
