[Wien] about band offset

Dear wien users ;

I want to calculate the band offset in semiconductor III-V superlatices ( exemple GaAs/GaP(001)) using wien2k so I need  to know how to obtain the averaged value of the electrostatic potential for l=1 in x-y plane for diffent values of z (direction 001) to use it as a reference energy for the binary compouds
