[Wien] WIEN2k v.5.0

[Travis Sefzik]

Hello,

I have just compiled version 5.0 on linux pentium with ifort 8.0/mkl 
7.0 and when running SCF calculations lapw2 is not found.  I have 
compiled and recompiled and this keeps occurring.  Has anybody 
experienced this problem?
