[Wien] error with nn

This is a library coming with intel ifort

Probably youre LD_LIBRARY_PATH is pointing only to the mkl libraries, but not 
to those coming with the compiler.
check the file ifortvars.sh in the directory where you have the fortran 
binaries, it will tell you which settings you need
