[Wien] cif files

The current implimentation of cif reading does not appear to accept
everything in cif files, for instance titles. It may also be (the ^M) that
you have carriage controls from transfer from windows to linux. Check the
file with some linux editor, and delete things (for instance on line 2 in
your case) until it works.
