[Wien] A refernce for optical properties calulations used in Wien2k

Dear Prof. Blaha and Wien2k user,

I wonder, if possible, could you please let me know a reference for calculating the optical properties that have been used in the wien2k. I was trying to calculate the real and imaginary part of interband transition strength (JCV), but the wien2k give us the Joint Density  of State.
