[Wien] Regarding compilers

You can get the Intel Fortran (F77, F90, F95?) from Intels homepage.
There is also a C compiler, but the GNU compiler should be good enough
for the purpuse of compiling the C parts of the Wien code. The GNU
compiler is available from www.gnu.org if it wasn't with your Linux.
